We strive to bring you the best learning experience in the class you signed up for. So in order to accomplish this, please read the below policy:
~We ask that you take into consideration the other students attending classes. Please refrain from wearing strong perfume, as there are frequently individuals with fragrance allergies.
~Your teacher has worked hard to put together this class, and as the saying goes “timing is everything”. We ask of you to please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time to get set up and purchase any last minute supplies so that the teacher can start the class on time.
~All classes have a minimum and maximum number of students. If you registered for a class, and a week before the date of the class, the minimum number of students have not been reached, you will be contacted by phone and a full refund will be issued to you.
~We understand that life gets hectic sometimes and you have to cancel a class, to receive a full refund, your cancellation notice must be received at least one week before the class. If it is any later than a week, then a credit will be issued for another class. Books, fabric and thread can not be returned.
~Please turn off or mute cell phones.
~Class Fee covers the cost of instruction only – unless other wise noted. Supply lists for each class will be available upon registration.
~Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. You are enrolled in a class once the payment has been received.
